Ich möchte in die Berge!

Die ALPEN sind schon krass, aber auch Mittelgebirge und Anhöhen würde ich gerne besuchen. Ich möchte die Caches auf den Gipfeln besuchen und würde mich dann über ein Bild aus luftigen Höhen freuen :-))

 

I like the mountains!

The ALPS are great, but the smaller hills are also welcome to visit. I would be happy to get a picture from top of the hills :-))

A beautiful rarity in the Adirondacks of upper New York State: a 360 degree panoramic view! This geocache was chosen for a visit as we had a big gang of children and adults and it is known as a family friendly hike. But I did not drop off the the geocoin as the cache seemed very exposed and susceptible to interference from muggles.

  • Lake in Laurentian Mountains in Quebec, Canada A lake near my home about an hour north of Montreal, Quebec, viewed through the bridge railings near the cache along a bike path. The Laurentian mountains are 1.1 billion years old.
  • The geocoin rode with me along this bike path. In my area, we have easy access to two main bike paths built on old railway lines, with a total of over 200 km through the lower Laurentians. Our system in Quebec isn't nearly as amazing as the one in Switzerland, and we have lots of evil blackflies and deerflies to content with, but it is pretty good nonetheless!
