The mission for the Whidbey Shell is travel all over the world not by being placed in a Geocache, but by being mailed by the owner to a person another city or country and then returning back again to the owner or the owner may ask for the puppy to be send to another person. The Whidbey Shell wants his photograph taken every time he arrives at a new destination.
