Four years ago on a July 4th, Chooch72 told me about this geocaching hobby that he talked about on Facebook. He was in Seattle for Geowoodstock. [I wish I had known what I was missing so I could have attended that!] He took me out, finding two geocaches and a couple trackables. By the end of that day I had a Groundspeak account, an order for a Garmin, and excited to play. By the end of that month my spouse was also playing, we had launched our first trackables, we had hidden our first geocache (still active) and we had starting caching with our children and grandchildren.
We're going out to do a little more today, but had to start this day with a thank you.
