What a heavy coin! Nice one too! My ex-husband loved Portugal (it is a cheap country - that probably helped influence his liking of the place!) and we travelled around most of it over three separate holidays, apart from the very north of the country. I became very fluent at asking for water (still or sparkling), wine (white, red or rose!) and cheese & ham toasties. I can also confidently ask for two return train tickets to Lisbon!
