I checked the TB inventory for the Mountain King (GC10RDC) cache in Juneau today. The inventory notes 16 TBs, but only found two. The RACKETEER geocoin was last logged on July 9, 2014. I bet it was picked up by a cruiseship cacher, but they neglected to retrieve it from the cache. To fix the inventory I am marking the TB as missing. Hopefully it will surface. Best wishes.
