The mission for this travel bug is to tell as many people about my Dad, Johnnie Edd, as possible.
Johnnie Edd is my Dad. What a wonderful Dad he was. Although his life on earth was shorter than we expected, his impact is bigger than we can imagine. Dad lived a life of integrity and loved God with all of his heart. Today, he is with God in heaven. The token that I attached to this travel bug is a Promise Keepers coin. The coin is inscribed with the 1st promise of a promise keeper: A Promise Keeper is committed to honoring Jesus Christ through worship, prayer and obedience to God's Word in the power of the Holy Spirit. Dad and I went to more Promise Keeper events than I can remember. Some of my fondest memories are standing next to my Dad worshipping God, with tears flowing down our cheeks. My Dad is a true Promise Keeper.
