Greetings from Aberdeen, Scotland, UK - the Oil Capital of Europe. The Scots have been adventurers for centuries, travelling to all corners of the world. Scottish place-names can be found on every continent and ‘Aberdeen’ appears at least 30 times on maps of Canada, America, China and Australia. This bug wants to get as close to as many as possible and its owner wants to hear about and see some of its adventures!

Sorry about the late entry. Picked this up on a wonderful trip to Colorado. Plan to drop it soon in a nearby cache...hoping it will make it's way to nearby Aberdeen, NC (near Pinehurst).

Found this bug at a rest stop in Kansas (or was it Eastern Colorado?). Anyway, it was not registered as dropped there but is now in my posession. Not sure I can find more Aberdeen's but being of Scotch-Irish heritage I felt compelled to pick it up anyway. Have a mind to drop it in a new Estes Park, CO, cache that I'm creating. After all, Estes is famous for it's Scottish celebrations too.

Grabbed this TB while doing routine maintenance on my Lake View cache. I'm going to South Dakota for a little vacation this week so I'll help it along the way and hopefully it can make a stop in Aberdeen, South Dakota!
