I got a note from the owner of the cache is disappeared with - "Your California Key Chain is probably irretrievably lost. It was placed in a cache that I own. Recently there were unprecedented floods in the area and the cache box looks to have floated out to sea. You may want to mark it among the missing. I searched for the cache box along the river bank for some time and I am pretty sure it is long gone." It had a good run, thanks to all who moved it along.
