Given to me at my FIRST mega event, 12th Annual GCHR Picnic in Hampton Roads, Virginia (GC4MJ91) by the wonderful Lackey I met in person, Paige Turner. She was nice enough to bring Signal out along with this tag and a fun time had by all.
