This is a UK neckerchief woggle from about 1982. It was originally from a Cub Scout uniform.

    Finally managed to place this one. Took some doing after the disappointment last weekend: we attempted to place this in the "Centenary Camp Cache" at Bramham Park near Wetherby. This was the largest of the scouting centenary camps in the country. Unfortunately we were unable to locate the cache (we suspect it no longer exists).
    Finally, it is now visiting a scout related cache!
