Dear Isle of Man School kids
When visiting Grytviken at the end of last month I grabed this coin which was hidden in a cache of an old whaling station. With the coin I walked to shore to get my zodiac back to my boat, the "Ocean Endevour". I had to wait a littel bit , so I watched some of the furseals which were lying at the shore. I saw old rosty ships, there was a museum nearby and as well a postoffice. It would have been fun to write you a postcard from there, but unfortunatelly I had first to get back to Switzerland before I logged the coin. Here in Switzerland it is as cold as in South Georgian, just the kingpinguins, the pipits, the furseals and the sea are missing ;-)
