Harry Potter can't be out recruiting new students for Hog Warts all the time so he has sent his wand out to scout for him. Be sure to keep Harry's wand moving from cache to cache quickly so it can evaluate as many candidates as possible and report back to Harry. Who knows what kid will get a visit from an owl with their invitation to leave from Station 9 3/4!
Keeping the theme of Magic for the West Bend Cache Ba$h my granddaughter Maple Girl and I are each releasing a wand TB at the event. Mine is Harry Potter's and hers is Dumbledore's (Muggles Mission). 13 year old Maple Girl is a huge Harry Potter fan and I loved the books myself! I asked her to write a description of the wand for me and this is what she wrote:
This wand is made of Holly with a Phoenix feather core. The feather is from the same bird as the core feather of Tom Riddle's wand - Riddle is known as He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named (Voldamort!).
