    Strictlycache and I left Smokey here to inaugurate our new cache, but its approval has not yet materialized due to a "temporary" moratorium on geocaching in the Chattahoochee National Forest. We rescued Smokey today and will find a new forest for him really soon. Sorry to have kept him out of circulation for so long.
