About This Item

This arrived too late to take it to the designated 12/13/14 style event (none in Australia anyway),so kicking it off with another numeric Event - Pi Day

For those who have appreciated the Ice Cream Slice the following is from my Profile page:

Ingredients
Malt-o-Milk biscuits (Arnotts x 2 packets)
Sweetened Condensed Milk – tin ~400mL
Thickened Cream 600mL 
Violet Crumbles/Crunchies, 3 x 50g, usually use 200g from a 'bulk' pack

Method
Lay a layer of biscuits in the base of a tin (approx 25cm x 30cm)
Crush or cut up Violet Crumbles into pieces
Whip up Cream and Condensed Milk until it peaks
Mix in honeycomb pieces
Spoon over the layer of biscuits, smooth over
Lay a second layer of biscuits over the top
Freeze (minimum 6 hours), cut, enjoy

Hints
Freeze for at least 6 hours before cutting.
I place a packet of matches under one edge of the tray, to tilt it, to keep the biscuits from sliding around too much.
Bulk honeycomb is usually a lot cheaper.
I use a ‘Barmix’ stick blender to whip up the mixture and break up the honeycomb pieces a bit more
