After completing my epic journey from the Pacific Northwest to the Atlantic ocean its time to travel the world! I'd like to circumnavigate the globe and return to "Patty's 50th Birthday Cache" near Belgrade Maine.

The waters off North Carolina's barrier islands entomb thousands of vessels and countless mariners who lost a desperate struggle against the forces of war, piracy and nature. Known as the Graveyard of the Atlantic this area has one of the highest densities of shipwrecks in the world.

Help this little light return to Topsail Island to symbolically remember those who struggled against the mighty Atlantic ocean.

    Found this in Narrow Gauge Trail, a cache near Sugarloaf USA in Carrabasset Valley, Maine. Will try to place it before winter, if I'm not able to, will definitely place it in the Spring as soon as I can!!

    On our first outing of this nature, we (lifelong friends and walkers) found the Travel Bug in the land of moose on 10/12/09, the day before the first measurable snow.
