Stopped by on this beautiful morning to do a bug drop. Found with no problem and the cache is dry and well stocked with items.

Beautiful day for a hike, hopefully there are more to come. We replaced the old cache bag with a 7.62mm NATO Ammo can. Thanks to Searchdogs for tipping us off to the leaky bag and thanks to Firehooter for giving us the new cache box. Filled the cash with a couple new things. Took THE PATRIOT travel bug, we will get it moving soon.

PS The word on the streets is that 6 acres has just been added to the property. Hopefully there will be some new trails soon.

Nice day to get out for a bit. I tend to avoid this area through the heavy shopping season due to the traffic. I was pleasantly surprised to find it flowing smoothly with the aid of a number of Traffic Officers. We did the math just for the fun of it and then walked directly to the cache. I was pretty sure that I knew the final location as I had scouted the area several times. After making the find we decided to wander the area for a bit just to look around. Several hundred feet from the cache we looked down and spotted something that really creeped out my daughter. She started to mumble something about the Blair Witch Project and we started to loop back to the car. We were happy to spot the sign at the base of the stairs. It was advertising an "Auto Sprinkler", just was needed as my car was quite dehydrated after sitting in a parking lot while we went out and played.

Stopped by on the way to work but didn't have enough time for a proper search. I'll try again another day. Looking forward to Lili getting the cast off her ankle so she can get back on the trails with us. But even with the cast, I'll bet that she would be up to this one.

Found on a wonderful fall afternoon with my father who is on his way to winter lodging. The pond was still and the leaves were still beautiful.
