I became involved in the geocaching hobby back on the 4 Sept 2105. Finding my 1st only 80 meters from my front door. I have walk passed it for 14 years and never knew it was there. Still my 1st it took me 205 days to find my 500th find, on Easter Sunday 26th March 2016. My 500th find was in Hobart area Tasmania, with dear friends I met through caching team GoldJ. It was Sports Series#1 - Hockey a very interesting hide of which we need 2 litres of water.
In the last 205 days I have cached in my home state of NSW but also Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania. Plus both the north and south islands of New Zealand.
I have met so many people from different walks of life and have made many friends and especially team GoldJ who I met on a cruise when I held a caching event.
I have this trackable to stay with me now to travel far and wide and monitor my advantages. I wonder where I'll find the next 500 caches.
