Boothy's Education

This TB, 'Boothy's Education has been created along with two others; Boothy's Retirement, and Boothy's Baby, in memory of  Alan.

The three TBs were activated and released in various locations on the 1^st anniversary of his death 31/12/2018. We (Lennondayz29 - Alan's wife, Jez'n'Dez - Alan's son-in-law and younger daughter, and JuviR - daughters of Alan's best friend and his surrogate daughters), would love for the three TBs to visit the places he loved and lived  – UK, USA, France and Australia. Photos would be great! 

In the UK:

• Manchester and the Peak District, especially Stockport, Stalybridge and up on the peaks themselves - Mam Tor and Kinder Scout. Alan was born around here, and spent most of his teenage years walking on these hills. 
• Devon and Cornwall. Alan spent a good chunk of his adult years living in Tavistock on the edge of Dartmoor, and working in Plymouth. The Tamar river was home to many an adventure on the boat, and Cornwall, well Cornwall was home to pasties, and Alan loved a good pasty! 

In the US:

• LA - especially Torrance, San Franciso and Indiana. Alan lived herein the late sixties and early seventies, working as an engineer and raising his two eldest children. 

In France:

• Finistère, Brittany - especially Audierne, Brest, the Roche du Feu, Gouézec (bonus points if you get a picture from the top!) and really anywhere along the Nantes-Brest canal. Alan retired to France, and spent his final years around this area, cycling, walking, in the camping car, sampling an occasional red wine, and generally loving life! 

This particular TB would love to visit anywhere in in the UK before heading overseas to visit France, (as Alan and his wife spent much time touring the country in their camping car), the USA and Australia before ending up in Qeensland to be retireved by Alan's daughter Jez n' Dez.  Thank you for helping it to move! 

Cette TB a été créé avec deux autres à la mémoire d'Alan. Sa famille et ses amis aimeraient qu'il visite les lieux qu'il a aimés et où il a vécu - le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis (Los Angeles, Indiana et San Francisco), la France et l'Australie. Son épouse, Lennondayz29, a libéré cette TB le premier anniversaire de son décès - le 31 décembre 2018 en Bretagne, en France, où il a passé ses dernières années: un autre par de sa fille à Brisbane en Australie et la dernière dans le Royaume Uni par les amis de la famille. Ce TB a pour mission de se rendre au Royaume-Uni, en France et aux États-Unis pour finalement atteindre Queensland, en Australie et être récupéré par la fille d'Alan, Jez n 'Dez.
