Take this trackable to cache's that need TLC. How many times have you searched hard for a cache in public areas with easy opportunities to get in trouble with law enforcement or interlopers (muggles) only to find a soggy, electric tape wrapped, rusty candy tin full of garbage? -Oh the frustration!
