We successfully navigated the roads and arrived at what my GPS, with hilarious exaggeration, declared was the Goulburn Airport. I must say, for a facility with "Airport" in the title, it was remarkably subtle. We were anticipating security screening and maybe a coffee kiosk; instead, we found a lovely stretch of rural quiet that you could easily mistake for a particularly well-mown paddock.
GEOLYMPIX 2016 Geocoin - Silver however, was immediately at home. I logged a quick dip for it, and the Jeep seemed utterly delighted with the parking situation. Since it's accustomed to driving, not flying, it was thoroughly convinced that this was the correct model for all air travel: easy access, no parking fees, and zero need for a terminal building.
It spent a few seconds admiring the long, flat strip of grass—which I suspect it mentally designated as a new drag-racing course—before reluctantly agreeing to continue our terrestrial geocaching mission.
A very peaceful "aviation" experience! The Jeep is now patiently waiting for the next cache that is hilariously misnamed.

The cache name promised zero roses, and I'm here to confirm the veracity of that statement. We received no flowers, no romance, and only approximately 30 percent garden. A solid pass on the truth-in-advertising front!
The hide itself was... well, it was a very functional hide. No clever contraptions, no genius camouflage, just a good, honest, standard placement. Given that this is Mk III, I had mentally prepared for some kind of fiendish, 5-star-difficulty torture, but I was instead greeted with a reassuring sense of adequate normalcy. Sometimes, finding the most basic hide after a huge buildup is its own unique geocaching anti-climax.
I also logged a quick dip for the GEOLYMPIX 2016 Geocoin - Silver. The squad leader took one look at the basic container and the distinct lack of any challenging geometry, and it seemed thoroughly unimpressed. It gave a sigh (which sounded suspiciously like a rusty door hinge) and demanded to be taken to a cache that at least offered a scenic view, complaining that "If you're going to be ordinary, at least be picturesque."
An honest, un-flowery, and wonderfully average hide!
