Current Goal

~Loup Loup~ wants to spread her wings and visit each continent. This TB has been traveling since 2002 and is one of the oldest bugs out there. Please make sure you keep her moving. Her European tours have been interesting!

Her travels started in North America, took her to Asia, and now Europe.

Additions to the gallery would be greatly appreciated!

About This Item

Last I heard she had a plastic dog figure attached to her. I think that is the third mascot she's picked up on her travels...the earlier ones all disappeared along the way.

    Loup Loup has spent too long here so I will move it to another location and send it on its way. With the wolf reference, perhaps a dingo would be a good companion?

    Twigs contacted me to say that "Loup" is French for wolf. The dog tag never did have a mascot attached--someone else apparently attached a bear at some time.

    I brought Loup Loup to Australia for a sojourn in Victoria's premier location: The Grampians. He is now atop a mountain with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside (see pic).

    I don't know what has happened to poor Loup Loup, but all that's left is a chain attached to a Travel Bug Dog Tag. I'll take it to Australia for a sojourn Down Under. If the bug owner emails me, I could rustle up a replacement bear, or could even attach the dog tag to a Koala (which isn't a bear, by the way, it's a marsupial). Let me know.
