This geocoin would like to visit Fort Knox in Kentucky. Aside from being the Federal Gold Bullion Depository, it is also where the coin's owner went for Army Boot Camp. After achieving its goal of reaching Fort Knox, the coin should just travel around from cache to cache anywhere.
Don't keep this coin - it is not a trade item!
This is a copy of my gold American Caching geocoin that was lost or stolen. The original coin was sent out to travel, but went missing. It has been missing for well over a year, so I made this copy coin to travel in its place. Hopefully, the replacement coin will last longer and travel more than the original did.
Please try to keep this geocoin moving. Place it in another cache within two weeks if you can. I would like as many cachers as possible to be able to see and enjoy this coin. Geocoins seem to go missing often when taken to events, so this coin would like to avoid events.
The coin's goal is to eventually make it to Fort Knox, KY. Please post pictures of the coin as it travels and when it reaches Ft. Knox. Pictures at the Gold Depository are not necessary - just getting to Ft. Knox would be enough.
Thanks!
Blue skies and happy caching!
