We actually retrieved Dromie at the July 4th Lost & Found Celebration (GC24GYW) which was part of the July 3rd Geowoodstock VIII celebration. This event was held in front of Groundspeak Headquarters in Fremont District of Seattle, Wa. on July 4th. So, Dromie can say he was at the biggest gathering of geocachers this state has seen (over 5,000 attendees). We, as Rainbirds, spend our winters in Yuma, Az. and would love to take Dromie to Quartzsite, Az. to pay respects to Hi Jolly, but, alas, we won't leave here until November; so we will send him on his way in a few days and maybe he'll make it to a desert with someone else. F.Y.I. Somewhere along our travels, we 'discovered' another camel that looked a lot like Dromie but the one we 'discovered' was about 18" tall and 24" long and weighed about 5 lbs. There are some talented people in this world. Thanks for sharing Dromie with us, if only for a little while.
