This EAA Airventure Wind Sock would like to return to Oshkosh, Wisconsin to remember its adventures there in 2004! In specific, this travel bug wants to be placed in the OSH Stash or at least the nearest active cache, if the OSH Stash remains unavailable.
This wind sock would also love to get its picture taken at airports or with airplanes!

EAA Airventure Oshkosh 2004 "Wind Sock"

We visited Oshkosh for the annual fly-in for the first time in 2004 and had hoped to return again in 2005. However, as it turned out, neither the Solid-Rock-Seekers or the EAA Airventure TB made it out to Oshkosh for 2005. However, the bug is still looking to return to the site of EAA Airventure, so please try to help this travel bug hurry along to Oshkosh!

We decided that the bug had rested enough and needed to go back on the road. Nice idea for a bug! We have been to Oshkosh and even took a ride in a 1927 Travelair - a very neat experience!

Well, we didn't get a chance to take any cool airplane photos with this TB, as that would have required it be out of commission for at least a week before I could take it into work (I am enjoying a 7 day break from work). Instead, we managed to move it a good 250 miles west towards it's ultimate destination.

Morgan and I scooped this up in the "Sinking Ponds" cache in East Aurora, NY. I plan on taking it on a few "photo shoots" before I re-release it into the wild, hopefully in southeastern Michigan over the weekend.
