This coin represents the USAF Reasearch Laboratory in Rome, NY
The coin says "LABORATORIUM MUS MURIS" (the lab rat that watches) and "USING OUR BRAINS TO PROTECT YOUR ASSETS" on one side. It has an image of a rat breaking through a background banner of 1's and 0's while a satelite beams data to NY.
The reverse says "INFORMATION DIRECTORATE" and "01010010 AIR FORCE RESEARCH LABORATORY 01001001" around the edge with an image of a netywork over NY state, the letters "AFRL", "RI" and "C^(4+1)I"
