Current Goal

@IETF travels from one IETF meeting to another. The aim is to be located at a cache nearby the meeting venue during the meeting (it is not a bad idea to let it visit the meeting also).

Please, try to let it travel between IETFs and do not hold it over two weeks.

About This Item

@IETF @ home

The journey starts from the 60th IETF meeting in San Diego in the beginning of August, 2004. I dropped it into "TB Hotel - Room with a view" cache.

Yamar picked it up from TB hotel and @IETF started its hard work at Radext WG. After co-chairing a BOF, @IETF continues its journey towards Washington.

@IETF managed to get to Washington in time. Thanks to Yamar!

@IETF visited Minneapolis, but there were no suitable caches around. So no log from Minneapolis :-/

@IETF never made it to Paris.

Next target: Nov 6-Nov 11, 2005 at Vancouver, Canada.

Well, He made it to Minneapolis, but there was no cache within walking distance of the meetings that wasn't a micro-cache. Hopefully he can make it to a cache in at the next one.

Picked it up in DC. It'll get to Minn. I'm taking it to Ottawa for a bit - lots of IETF geeks up there. They'll know what to do with it! (grin)

Well, it was supposed to get from Sacramento to Boston a few months ago by someone else, but somehow it never made it out of sac. So, feeling guilty I went and picked it up. Thus, its now at the DC conference. good luck getting to Minneapolis by March little fella! (e-mail is so much faster!)
