Jack

I am one of 16 brothers released in 2002 from the Make Way for Ducklings cache in Larz Anderson Park. We are trying to make it to a cache near Seattle, WA. If you could help us we would appreciate it.

It seems some cachers have taken to bolstering their claims by logging my travel ducks from way way back. This is funny to me because some claim they have in their hands, duck brothers and sisters who are sitting right here on my desk. It is a sad state of affairs when one feels the need to cheat at a game like Geocaching.

I was walking on the trail and I heard this odd quack, kind of quiet yet insistant.
It had the sound of a haiku.
Found the cutest duck!

I was taking the hubby and the parents disc golfing anyway (it was my Dad's idea, believe it or not), so I convinced them to take a half-point detour for this cache. I took the Jack Duck Travel Bug with hopes to get him a little farther west in the St. Petersburg area (not that far, but the best I can do for now). Happy trails, Jack!!!

😎 We have Jack the duckling. Waldenrun beat us again for being first to get there. Great cache! Love the theme. Too bad you couldn't do it in the Gardens where the real ducklings are but this was pretty good. Your coordinates where right on. Will move the little guy on. We will be in Florida the end of the week and will put him in a cache there if that is ok with you.
