Der Fotograf und Journalist Thomas Steinberg lebt und arbeitet in Dessau, der Stadt des Bauhauses: "Fast mein ganzes Leben habe ich in Dessau(-Roßlau) verbracht. Vielleicht ist das zu lange. Einerseits. Andererseits ist es nicht lange genug, um sagen zu können, ich würde die Stadt wirklich kennen.Während der Corona-Krise wurde mir klar, dass ich in einer Blase lebe. Freunde und Bekannte ticken alle ähnlich. Das ist zunächst völlig okay. Und doch kam der dringende Wunsch auf, in Fotos mehr von dem festzuhalten, was sich außerhalb meiner Blase befindet." Dieser ART-TB stellt eine Interpretation zum Werk des Künstlers dar und ist mit Genehmigung des Künstlers von "Umbogen" gestaltet worden. www.elbwiese.de
Photographer and journalist Thomas Steinberg lives and works in Dessau, the city of the Bauhaus: "I have spent almost my entire life in Dessau(-Roßlau). Maybe that's too long. On the one hand. On the other hand, it's not long enough to say I really know the city.During the Corona crisis, I realized I was living in a bubble. Friends and acquaintances all tick similarly. That's perfectly okay at first. And yet, an urgent desire arose to capture in photographs more of what's outside my bubble." This ART-TB represents an interpretation to the artist's work and has been designed by "Umbogen" with permission from the artist. www.elbwiese.de
