Help me head home to the USA and cruise down Route 66!

Hey y'all!
Welcome to the American Dream travel bug page. For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of driving across the USA in a classic muscle car. That dream lives on, but for now, I'm going to start it with a Travel Bug!
After tearing up the drag strips and race tracks in the UK, this Mustang is getting homesick and needs to see the two-lanes and back roads of the good ole US of A again!
- First priority is to find a kind soul who can safely see this muscle car across the Atlantic to the states. If it lands in either California or Chicago, that would be great, but anywhere in the USA will be just fine. *UPDATE* The TB is now in the USA, so please see below.
- From there, the dream would be to see it travel from cache to cache along the iconic Route 66 in either direction, but any stops along the way, in either direction would still be great. And if you can take a picture of the TB at any point on 66, that would make my day!
