Please Rescue Boo-Boo From His Current Cache
Boo-Boo (aka "The Hook") was born in Lake Clear, NY, and he would like to come back here some day, but at the moment, he needs to take an extended...vacation. He would prefer a non-extradition country, but the far side of any border will do. Please take and upload photos of him in far off places (to be used as future alibis). He would like to come home when the statute of limitations has expired, in the spring of 2014.
Boo-Boo would like to see the world beyond the Adirondack Park, and to drink deep of the well of experience. He wants to swim in both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, skydive, surf, go skiing, boat down the Colorado, wrestle an alligator, sail beyond the horizon, play the slots at Caesar's Palace, eat spicy food and dance on Bourbon Street, meet a nice lady-gnome, and stay well-clear of the "Ceramic Mafia" which has people out looking for him. Any help you can give him will be appreciated.
Boo-Boo is a tiny lawn-type gnome, indistinguishible from any other except for his missing right hand, which was lost in a mishap at "The Back Door" (a rough and tumble saloon which closed soon after his hasty departure, to be replaced by a fern-bar) in Saranac Lake, NY. He tends to be reticent about his past, and can take a while to warm up to strangers. He likes cold weather, mushroom soup, Ted Nugent, worms and bugs, and the "Quiller" books by Adam Hall.

I knew we were in trouble when Boo-Boo started making eyes at anything with a skirt. When we stopped at the Texas line he and Hula Dashboard Queen refused to get out for a picture. They blamed the rain, but I’m not so sure that was it. I decided to drop them both off at the next hotel thinking maybe a little R&R would help. After all it wasn’t that long ago that they were in love and destined to travel the world together. And having a DH who is a reformed player, but still likes to look I wasn’t sure that hula queen wasn’t just over reacting. I told her if you can trust a man let him flirt and have some fun. As long as you know you’re the only one for him.
I feel really bad because by the time we hit the “I-10 Travel Bug Crash Pad” they were starting to look cozy again. When we got there we discovered that it was pretty full and as I was deciding if I could move one or two along to make room, we spotted Happy Hula Girl. Boo-Boo looked at her and back and forth before he left his Queen standing in the mud. Needless to say I could not leave her behind to witness what Boo-Boo was up to with Happy. I hope she has more sense and he doesn't break her heart too. I did tell The Queen that she should have known better and that she needs to take more care about putting her heart in the hands of a traveler. She's a plucky girl I'm sure she'll be just fine.

We stopped at Snarg’s No Tell Travel Bug Hotel to trade out some TB’s the only we saw that we could help out was Cupid’s heart up. My DH and I have been married for almost 6 years and we’ve been together for 10. We were having a little tiff at the time and I hoped this would bring us closer together. (Much better after we brought the heart on board. We planned to leave the Hula Dashboard Queen and Boo-Boo, (I have a 2 ½ yo and things were starting to heat up between them.) but when they saw the heart they insisted that they were in love and had to go where the heart was. So they just visited long enough for a quick tango. Thankfully after the visit they settled down a bit.

Boo-Boo is a bit of a roué’ and after we picked him up in MS he really came on strong with our little “Hula dashboard queen.” She seems smitten and maybe a bit overwhelmed. The fellow’s lines are really smooth and remind me of another rogue I know. “Wolf you know who I’m talking about.” By the time we hit Louisiana things were starting to heat up.

I picked this up tonight at The Wilson House Travel Bug Inn in MS. I didn't see it logged in here and since I this is an interesting cache and seems to be very busy I want to wait a few days and see if he officially shows up there before I grab him and mess up your mileage. If you’d like to let me know how long I should wait to do that that would be great. For now he’s hanging out with the very pretty Hula Dashboard Queen and Oh No, I just realized I left them alone with a couple of bottles of mini bottles of tequila.
