I have found what I think is A fake travel bug

it is a lead dog tag with travel bug and a number stamped on it attached to a rusty circular bit of metal approximately 10cm across I have entered the tracking number and it may be the Likino-Dulyovo, Russia" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug but was listed at a different cache to where I found it is the original still out there ?
