Cariel is the lovely twin sister to the Little Mermaid, Ariel. She is about 2 1/2 inches tall and has a sparkly fin.

Picked this up from a new friend at an event cache in Salem, Oregon, right before we headed off on a kayak/canoe trip down the Willamette River. It's not quite the sea, but was a water adventure! 😁 I'll drop her in that event cache, then pick her up, again, before I move her along.
