Current Goal

I want to visit the swamps, game lands, hunting grounds, wildlife refuges, and preserves of the Southeast. I'm always happy to visit anywhere in Florida, home of the Gators. But I also want to explore the rest of the country and beyond to spread some reptilian cheer in between visits to the Sunshine State. Thanks for your help! GRRR!

About This Item

ROTAG, the Gator Travel Bug

He is a Roving Outshining Traveling Alligator Grinning. He was found in a North Carolina cache, spent some time in my father's Gator collection, and is back on the cache trail, this time as a Travel Bug, starting at my first cache placed in Florida in Fort Myers.

Didn't look like this boy has been to the true north yet and seeing as it's warming up, this cold blooded dude should be able to handle it. Off to Whitehorse and maybe Alaska. All in a standard North American trip. ~ rianrachel

Grabbed the 'gator from Thetis Island, in Thetis Lake, Victoria BC, on Vancouver Island, while out with Mr ZSD & rlegend for some island caches in our kayaks. This critter sure is a long way from home & there are not many swamps here. Will move along soon.
