    Bruce was anxious to move on after quenching his thirst in a lovely Adirondack stream by a waterfall. We'll move him on to another densely wooded area where wandering moose have been seen. Moose on the loose!

    This was a great place for Bruce the Moose to visit. Wells has several moose (Why not mooses? or meese?)in the area. This past spring the local paper had a photo of a mom moose and her young calf coming up out of the nearby river. We will move Bruce to another location where he might meet other local moose, too.

    Bruce thought that we were going to look for "Hollywood Park" cache and hoped that he would have the opportunity to meet his favorite actor, Bullwinkle, there. I guess that explains why he had been humming the theme from "The Bullwinkle Show" all day long! (It was getting a little annoying, to tell you the truth.) He seemed a bit disappointed when he found out it was really "Holy Wood Park", but he was quickly distracted by all of the yummy grass and such in the area. He looked happy when we last saw him.     • Bruce at Mason Lake in the Adirondacks Being a very short moose, Bruce climbed up on this high stump to look around. He liked what he saw, but it was rainning hard, we didn't see any other moose here and we just couldn't find the cache. Bruce decided to continue on his jouney with us when he heard the name of our next cache.

    Silly moose! I see that he has already been in the Adirondacks. I guess he forgot. [Moose aren't the smartest critters in the forest, are they? But ya gotta love them!] I'll take him to another part of the park.
