This is not collectible.
Laura and I have hoped not to run into any creepy crawlers while on our Spring break 2024 in Australia, but we did. On the occasion of visiting this new continent, we decided to buy and release two TBs, which encapsulate our phobias and the possibly dangerous nature of this country. We hope these two will be traveling for a while around the continent (or region), and document some similar stories of other geocachers.
Laura's nope rope and Tommy's hairy legs are a snake and spider TB released in April 2024. We hope for these two TBs to travel the continent and gather stories and photos of the wildlife encounters (fun or scary) which this country has to offer. Hopefully, none too scary!
We hope to see many photos of the TBs' travels, and hope the two TBs can race against each other to see who travels further. Tommy's Hairy legs was dropped off first at the countries' first robotic book retrieval library, while Laura's Nope Rope stayed with us for 2603.4km until April 16th, when it was left at the old Gippy TB hotel. We added 12 photos to is gallery and hope you can add some too! Safe travels!

The sun had set. We were tired. Over 20 kilometers in our legs from this day. It's been a great day and as we walked to dinner, we quickly stopped by this stash with this TB.

I guess something like this doesn’t happen too often for TBs. We made it to the landmark of this hemisphere, and just had to take a photo here.
Pretty cool to have this TB visit the Sydney opera house! Where shall we go to next?

It was time for us to leave the other side of Sydney and head to the biggest landmark of the southern hemisphere (as Laura so nicely put it). Two quick stops along the way before!

We took the public ferry to the other side of the bay and hiked along the coast. It was a nice place. Here, not only was there a beach for us to visit, but there were also two large-sized caches where we were able to pick up another TB. This was a cool cache to visit, but also a great place to meet a new bug friend! What a great view!

I’ll have to power through a few logs here. Today is our last full day in Sydney; from morning till bedtime, before we head out on our road trip tomorrow. We did a lot; we had a very great unplanned walk through the entire town and during this single one day we visited 23 geocaches, all of which were great and easy city finds. As always, this TB was by our side the entire time and visited each of these caches, though I’m not sure there’s that much I can say about each individual visit. The point is — we are happy we could bring this TB to this stash!
