G’day mates.

My name is Paula. I am an Australian Grey Koala. I grew up near Brisbane Australia, playing with me mates, and eating eucalyptus leaves. Like many native Australians, as I grew older I longed to go on a walkabout. I had some good friends that lived in Seattle in the USA and that is where I have decided to start my walkabout. I would like to see as much of the western US as possible and make new friends along the way. Anywhere is fair dinkum, but crikey, don’t leave me in one place to long. I eventually would like to end up near my home in Brisbane.

Wow! Paula Koala has been on a walkabout in the United States alot longer then 2 years. I bet she would like to go visit her homeland soon.

I thought she missed her desert like land and brought her home to the Mojave Desert so she could see what a Joshua Tree looks like.

Raptor and I couldn't resist taking this cute TB when we found here in "Looking for Lon." We took a trip to Australia earlier this year, and saw lots of Paula's cousins in the wild (I even got to hold one at a wildlife park). We'll be happy to show her around our local area, and leave her somewhere comfortable soon - maybe south a bit and near the coast. 🙂
