Lock 'em Up!

An old padlock I had laying around in my garage's junk pile; the key went missing quite a long time ago. A lock with no key surves me no purpose, but sure makes a great travel bug!

Grabbed this dog tag from a cache today to see what it was all about and if I could fix it up. I might have a lock that doesn't open somewhere around here. Funny though, I grabbed this from a cache near the Champlain Canal Locks.
