Welcome to the Nerds #9 - Movie Nerd Cache. This is the ninth in my "nerds" cache series placed around Arkabutla Lake.
This cache was placed by a "movie nerd." I'm one of those people who likes to go to the midnight openings of certain movies, because I can't stand for someone to see it before I do. So here's a cache for people who enjoy movies as much as me. I started it off with a few new DVDs and some toys related to movies. Please try to keep your swag items movie themed. If you have any unwanted DVDs or BluRays at home, trade them here.
The cache: This cache is an ammo can placed at Crawford's Point Recreation Area. Park at the trail entrance at the end of Crawford Road. Just follow the trail and it'll take you very close to the cache. For me, it was about a 5 minute walk from the parking area. This area can get very muddy due to rain, or 4 wheeler riders. After you find the ammo can, continue down the trail for another 5 or 10 minutes for a good view of the lake.
