Welcome to the Nerds #2 - Comic Nerd Cache. This is the second in my "nerds" cache series placed around Arkabutla Lake.
This cache was placed by a "comic book nerd." In recent years, this type of nerd has become more common due to popular movies series such as X-Men, Iron Man,the Dark Knight, and other superhero movies. But still, we comic fans sometimes have to endure being labeled a "nerd".....so I think we at least deserve our own cache.
The cache: This cache was an ammo can originally (now a regular lock n lock) placed near a very nice pond at Hernando Point. I'd wear boots if I were you, and bug spray wouldn't be a bad idea either. Parking is located very close to the cache, but some bushwacking may be necessary to reach the cache.
The original items placed in this cache are all related to comics. If you can, please try to keep your swag items related to the theme. And embrace your inner geek!
