Six Pack - Plus One Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

MadMin: I attempted to contact the owner of Six Pack - Plus One to find out about the status of this cache on August 31, 2009. I have received no response from the owner on the cache page or via email. Because of that I'm afraid I have to archive this cache.

I will be more than happy to review this cache again and (hopefully) reinstate it once you have corrected any issues with the cache. please contact me via ma.reviewer@gmail.com to do so.

Please note that unarchiving a cache page places it through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.

Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the posted coords and it might be good to stay away from that spot as the trail is often under water and not passable here. The rest of the trail system is quite nice and will make for an enjoyable time of hiking or biking.

This is a bonus cache for those who complete six hunts of varying difficulty in the general area of the posted coordinates.

There are three designated caches in the Hop Brook woods to the east and three in the Desert to the west. Since two of these caches are particularly challenging, it seemed fitting to offer a bonus for those who are able to complete the full "Six Pack."

The Six Pack collection

Selective Availability ON (visit link)
Deception I - No Day at the Beach (visit link)

Lockdown (visit link)
Witches Cove Trail (visit link)
Tri-Town Junction (visit link)

The "Six Pack - Plus One" cache is located at:

N 42 22.xxx, W 71 28.yyy

xxx = a + b + c, yyy = d + e + f

The values of a thru f are provided on clue sheets in each of the “Six Pack” caches.

The difficulty rating of 2.0 reflects the cache hide, but the actual difficulty of logging a find will be substantially greater due to the challenge you will encounter in completing the "Six Pack" first.

Information about the area along with a trail map can be found at: (visit link)

Fall Bonanza Bonus

This cache was released for the 2006 Fall Cache Bonanza and contains a clue sheet for the Fall Bonanza Bonus cache. Make sure you write down the information provided, but please do not remove the clue sheet from the container. (visit link)
