This will be a simple
meet and greet. We will meet at 08:30 AM.
When you arrive, turn in
the gate at the pipeline. You can park in the field to the south of
the pipeline, along the edge of the pipeline (please don't block
the way for others to drive in) or up by the small gray two room
house on the hill.
DO NOT PARK IN THE
CONCRETE DRIVEWAY OR THE DRIVEWAY ACROSS THE STREET THAT LEADS TO
THE TRAILER HOUSE.
After you arrive, come up
to the small gray house where we will all gather and plan the days
activities. Currently the plans are to divide into two
groups. One group will go after the Swamp Thang series of caches.
The other group will do a driving tour of the caches in the
Brookhaven, McComb, and Holmesville triangle. After finishing
we will gather back for a few tall tales of the days activities,
renewing old acquaintances, or just heckling anyone attempting the
Hoot N Holler cache across the street.

REWARD
There was a
GPS lost somewhere between the boat landing
parking lot and the northern most portion of the Swamp Thang - The
Treasure geocache. If you find it, you will be rewarded with the
following:
1. Gold amagrud
Mallard coin (only 20 made)
2. WDO hiking stick with your name or whatever you desire (within
Woodducks abilities) on it.
3. Unactivated Blue Canary geocoin

Please be adequately
prepared before entering the swamps or going on the driving tour.
Gasoline is available at the Shell at Exit 30, Texaco on U S 51 and
Roberts Merchandise on Monticello Street. A limited selection of
drinks and snacks are also available at those locations. The
closest motels and restaurants are in Brookhaven or
McComb.
