This cache is for all
those people that do not like 35mm film cans in the woods, and
also for those that do! It hopefully proves that 35mm film
cans don't have to be tricky to find, they don't have to annoy
and most of all they can be fun!
This cache is located along an underused but beautiful section
of the Metacomet Blue Trail. This bit of the trail links
Ragged Mountain to Crescent Lake. You'll get wonderful views
of the reservoirs up here and also some great hiking terrain
too. There is one section of the trail that is a little dicey
and thus the 4 star terrain rating. The majority of the trail
is nice and easy. Although remember, when you see a sign like
this:
You know you're in for a bit of "Wilkens"
terrain!
