WE WERE
WARNED...
For those of you familiar with
‘The Tattoine Incident’
which occurred in Tatton Park in 1953 you will know
that the consequences of that event have proved to be highly
alarming and significant for Humankind.
At huge personal risk
I have continued my research into the work of The Dark Side and the
administration of The Force.
I have
now uncovered activities at this new location which give me yet
more cause for grave concern.
Recently I came across a local press
cutting from the early 1960’s which describes some peculiar goings
on in the vicinity of this cache which I can only attribute to the
activities of The Dark
Side. In the cache you
can find a copy of the cutting from the paper which sparked my
interest in this particular
location. It appears
to have been promptly subject to a government ‘D Notice’ (or
censoring order), which resulted in it being withdrawn from
subsequent editions of that or any other
paper. It is clear
that the authorities were trying to suppress information regarding
the activities at this location and that they are in league with
The Dark Side.
The cache is located at a discreet
parking place in Milley
Lane.
Once you have found the cache, you can venture at your own risk a
few hundred metres south east further up the lane to a vantage
point around N53.17.335 W002.26.817 to see why I
am so worried. Here
you will see a vast tracking system used by The Dark Side for
monitoring our Earthly
activities. An
interesting point is that the tracking system appears to be
permanently locked onto the coordinates of the home planet Tatooine
(sic) in the Outer Rim Territories of The
Galaxy. My observations
suggest there is a continuous stream of information
being communicated away from Earth by The Dark Side. If that
is not a cause for concern then I don’t know what
is.
Even more alarming though is that the
fields adjacent to the tracking system are inhabited by life forms
which are clearly alien to this
planet. These are four
legged creatures of a fairly nervous and yet aggressive disposition
so please approach with
care. I am convinced
that they are some form of mutated implant being developed by The
Dark Side for their own sinister uses.

There is a farm shop at the top of
the lane but it is not always open and parking is restricted.
Extreme stealth is advised at all times - do
not draw attention to yourself in what is a highly dangerous
location. There is a
public footpath extending from the end of the lane right through to
the A556 but the cache should not be accessed from the direction of
the A556 as there is nowhere to park on that
side.
As I research The Tattoine Incident
further it is becoming increasingly clear that The Dark Side is
involved in more than simply monitoring our daily
travels. I am now even
more fearful not only for my own welfare but for that of the whole
of Humankind.
THE TATTOINE
INCIDENT SERIES
The main cache is
'The Tattoine Incident: 1'. This will take you on a 2 hour
journey around the original landing site and describes the incident
that occurred in Tatton Park in February 1953. A recent example of
the activities of The Dark Side is visible at a related drive-by

where you once were able to inspect at first hand the first Earthly
application of The
Device. If you still
aren't convinced that there are things going on that we should be
seriously bothered about, then

Here?!'. Here you
will see evidence of a large Earth monitoring system and an
abundance of mutant creatures.
'The Tattoine Incident: 4- Wormhole' and
'The Tattoine Incident: 5- Wormhole Approach Beacon' will help
explain why this part of the country is of such importance to The
Dark Side. I have
adopted a cache at
'The Tattoine Incident: 6- The Bongs' where there appears to be
a Dark Side training facility and finally there is a large object
which will cause you extreme alarm clearly visible at
'The Tattoine Incident: 7- OMG!
WMD?!'.
To complete your research there is
'The Tattoine Incident: 1- Wherigo'. This is an interactive
geocache which has been developed using the Wherigo system. The
tour will take you around the original 3 stage multi-cache and
provides you with additional information about Tatton Park and The
Incident. It culminates with an additional bonus cache which is
logable.
