Dutch : De #Devter Serie is een serie die Jasmijn en Tom hebben gemaakt naar aanleiding van onze relatie. Deze route fietsen wij bijna elke dag. De route neemt je langs de mooiste plekken in de omgeving mee. Hopelijk beleven jullie net zoveel plezier aan de route en de caches als wij.

#Devter 7 - Mooie natuur

De cache laat de prachtige natuur zien die de Ijssel met zich mee brengt. Achter de dijk ligt De Wijk:

De Wijk is een buurtschap in de provincie Gelderland, in de streek Veluwe, gemeente Voorst.

Buurtschap De Wijk is ontstaan op grondgebied van het voormalige landgoed De Wijk, ook wel Wijkskamp genoemd. In de 20e eeuw is het landgoed te gelde gemaakt en zijn langs de Wijkseweg kavels gemaakt en verkocht voor woningbouw. Op kaarten uit de jaren vijftig van de 20e eeuw zijn de eerste contouren van de buurtschap in opbouw al te herkennen.

The cache shows the beautiful nature that the IJssel brings with it. Behind the dike is De Wijk:

De Wijk is a hamlet in the province of Gelderland, in the Veluwe region, municipality of Voorst.

Neighborhood De Wijk originated on the territory of the former estate De Wijk, also called Wijkskamp. In the twentieth century, the estate was converted into cash and the plots were made and sold for residential construction along the Wijkseweg. On maps from the fifties of the 20th century, the first contours of the neighborhood under construction can already be recognized.
