This cache is not at the posted coordinates.
A few weeks ago I decided I was going to try something. The way I originally envisioned it was as a Multi-cache. In looking at how I wanted to execute it, it proved too unwieldy to work as a Multi-cache. I did not think it was user friendly enough, so I set it to the side momentarily.
A few days later I realized that two other puzzles I have been wanting to do would fit in with my idea and started working in that direction. In order to execute what I wanted, I needed four stages. One idea for another cache came pretty quickly while the other one took a little time to come to the surface of my mind.
As I worked all of this out, the medium I wanted to use changed as I could see that it being done a certain way was unworkable. I looked more and was able to find a way for it to work, then I would see another problem and was able to adjust it to accommodate until I got to the point of something that fit what I wanted and could work as a puzzle for a cache. I stopped and thought about it the other day and realized that the medium I had settled on would work for a Multi-cache. Rather than scrap the product it had become and go back to the Multi-cache idea, I liked how it ended up and decided to stick with what I had.
Since the idea I had essentially evolved into its current state I figure the title “Evolution” was apropos.
To get Evolution you must first solve four other puzzles.
The caches are:
1. ...Lady on the Green
2. Hachoo!
3. ...Not Beaten
4. 12533 Highlighters
They can be done in any order. In each cache there is a component for obtaining the North and West portions of the coordinates.

Update 21 April 2022: Evolution evolved again. Despite how much I have enjoyed cutting holes in paper, I have not made sufficient time to do so and have placed new clues in all 4 of the above caches. If the clues you have currently are from Eye of Cat by Roger Zelazny, they are not the most up to date clues and you will not be able to solve the puzzle. Feel free visit the caches you have been to to get a updated clue or ask me and I will send the updated clues your way. I also changed the solution checker to Certitude (with a fuzzy solution checker) as the solution you come up with may not be the exact spot, but close.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
