This is a re"place"ment for the original 2024 đ¸Â Leap Day Series #1 Traditional hide as described below. The first iteration disappeared mysteriously, so the frog has "leaped" to a new hiding place nearby!
First to Find congratulations to da-blarney-crew!
Geocaching HQ Announcement:

Leap Day only comes around once every four years.
For this reason, February 29 is a frenzy of activity for geocachers as they fill in their calendar grids, host Events, and generally try to fit four yearsâ worth of geocaching into just one day.
In the spirit of making up for lost time, weâre celebrating 2024âs extra day with an extra special souvenir!
How can I earn the souvenir?
Enter through the wormhole and earn the âLeap Day 2024â souvenir by logging any four geocaches, Events, or Adventure LabÂŽ Locations on February 29.
What geocaches count for the souvenir?
Traditional Caches
Multi-Caches
Virtual Caches
Letterbox Hybrids
All Event Caches
Mystery Caches
Webcam Caches
EarthCaches
Wherigo Caches

In the spirit of Team Geo-Ducks, several new local Silverdale caches are in the planning stages for the big day. This is first in the series to give you a "heads up!" The goal is a variety of types and sizes, for those who have already found everything around here and who don't have travel plans for finds elsewhere! Try to resist the FTF or February logging, IFÂ you will be needing to find this one after work on Leap Day!
