Geocache Description:

Born in 1948, founding Black Sabbath in 1968, dropping his first solo album in 1980, and dying this year, John "Ozzy" Osbourne was a hero to me. I grew up listening to Black Sabbath and other Ozzy projects and to this day, I still listen to his music all the time. I think his voice was one of a kind, the music he helped create was original and impactful, and he was just an all-around awesome and funny guy. There will never be another Ozzy, and for that, the world is a little bit emptier.

To honor Ozzy I will be placing three high-altitude caches so he can "Fly High Again". This cache in particular, is on West Notch Peak, and is a considerable hike to get to. Lots of rock scrambling and bushwacking. Do not attempt if you are not comfortable with mountaineering. The cache itself is a metal ammo can near the peak, hidden in some small bushes. Use the spoiler pic if needed.

I got to this area from the Crystal Lake Trailhead, but many other routes exist.

The original cache contents include but not limited to:

x1 Black Sabbath Sticker from their album "Technical Ecstasy"
x1 Smokey the Bear Anniversary Sticker
x1 2012 Emergency Response Book
x1 Mix Tape CD
x1 25 years of Geocaching Travel Bug
x1 R2D2 Toy
x1 Slinkey
x1 Blue Frog
Some Pokémon cards.

Inside the logbook is a code. Find all three Ozzy Caches for a final mystery cache!
