Take a 40 Km mini tour, and visit

Carthage, Tunisia (N43 39.704 W80 50.945)

To find the cache, you must first do the tour.

in Britton: record W, the emergency address number missing from the set (7698, 7699, 7703)
in Donegal: record X, the year SS6 was built. Also record Y, the emergency address number for SS6
in Carthage: record Z, The emrgency address number for the Brookeside Mennonite Church
replace each of W/X/Y/Z, by summing the individual digits in each (i.e. 4892 would result in 23)
compute A = W times X times Y times Z divided by 10,000
