We’re giving away one year of Premium membership (approximately $30 USD value) for the photo submitted each week from November 23, 2021, to January 18, 2022 (“Contest Period”) that we judge to be the most creative depiction of an AR trackable. At the end of the Contest Period, we will award a single grand prize of a 2021 Lackey Coin and Tag Set in gold to the most creative photo of all of the weekly winners.
To enter, post your photo that includes the snow globe AR trackable (pictured above) on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook with the hashtag #ARtrackablecontest. The snow globe AR trackable is available as an Experimental feature on the iOS Geocaching® mobile app. Each Tuesday during the Contest Period, we’ll judge entries submitted the previous week from 12:01 am Pacific Time (PT) on Tuesday to 12:00 am PT on Monday. You can enter as many photos as you’d like but only one per entry (i.e. one photo per social media post). Limit one Premium membership prize per Geocaching account holder. Photos must be family-friendly!
Winners will be notified within a week via the platform used to submit the entry. By entering, you give us permission to include your entry on our social media channels and in our marketing materials, and you agree that you have all rights necessary to allow us to do so. Your entry is subject to our Terms of Use, and our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these rules as necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
