Was happy to see an old friend of a geocoin return home to Louisiana. Thanks to ZSandmann and all its other traveling companions for a safe trip home.

I'm going to be taking your coin and all mine to the CITO Engagement Party in Fontainebleau State Park this weekend. No worries though it won't leave my hands unless someone pledges that they will be in Lake Charles before me. Just figured more LA cachers should see a real live geocoin success story, we hear so much about the ones that disappear but this one has soared! I've got my Lake Charles PQ loaded and waiting, I've only ever hit the ones right along I-10.

Got your coin at the event and plan to bring it to Lake Charles in the next month or so. It's almost home!!!

Shoot me an email and maybe we can plan a weekend cache trip.

Hello from the historic old French Quarter in the heart of New Orleans. This LA coin sure has been all over the place. I have a gold and a silver of my own. I had the pleasure of enjoying the gulf region Alabama caches last Thurs-Sat and was handed your coin as I helped unload the event supplies at 7:45 am on Saturday. I am confident that I can speed your coin along its way by holding it for 3 more weeks (please be patient). I am planning to attend the Hurricane Katrina Survivors event just East of Lafayette later this month. You may have seen the posting. Anyway, I plan to attend and will make it a point to find the Western-most cacher or Zsandman, who is sure to be in attendance, and pass it along to a reliable relay cacher. I have followed you progress, on the Pobah page, off and on since you were at about the 500-cache level. You knocked me out of 2nd place and Bamboozle out of 1st with your whirlwind caching excursions. I’m sure we’ll meet up sometime, somewhere. Until then, rest assured that I will make a good faith effort to see your coin safely back to home base. Until then, may all your searches be brief and may all your logs stay dry. Bark Bark
